USPS postal regulation changes on tap for July 28, 2013

Starting next week (July 28, 2013), the United States Postal Service (USPS) will implement some changes to their services.  Postage rates will NOT change for any class of mail!

Here are some of the key changes that will take place beginning next week:

  • Express Mail name is changing to Priority Mail Express
  • Express Mail International name is changing to Priority Mail Express International
  • Electronic Delivery Confirmation will now be available to 14 countries (including Canada)
  • All shipping labels will now include a 4 digit carrier route code
